Bob Stockham

Bob has spent 25 years in the signage, branding, advertising, and LED business. He has developed the world's largest LED and signage projects multiple times over in his career. He spent the first 20 years of his career with a company called YESCO, building it from a $65 million a year company into a $300+ million a year company at its height. Along the way, he wrote the model for digital billboards in 2001 and created his venture that specialized in billboards and digital advertising structures that he still holds with other advertising companies today. In 2016, he teamed up with the Yaham Optoelectronics Factory directly and has built the Yaham LED brand in North America. He has helped develop the Yaham brand into a top industry brand that has changed how the industry designs and builds iconic signs. Bob has done over $500,000,000 of projects in his career, including full design-build projects (including integrated hotel-casino property signage and branding). Here are some of the most iconic projects both inside and out: Aria (pylons), Cosmopolitan redesign (digital beacon), Harmon Walgreens corner (including advertising model), Heinz Field (scoreboard), Palms, Miracle Mile Shops, LINQ, MGM, Planet Hollywood design, Wynn, Hard Rock Hollywood, Ameristar Gaming properties, Peninsula Gaming properties, IP Biloxi pylon, Stratosphere properties, Borgata sportsbook, Top Golf, T Mobile Arena Pylon and rooftop, Park MGM, Park Theater inside and out, Terrible’s Jean (old Gold Strike), Palace Station, and many more. Most recent projects include Resorts World 100,000 square foot tower mesh LED and other Resorts Worlds property LED projects, Wynn pylon, Palms tower, Venetian and Palazzo LED upgrade, Mandalay Bay pylon, Strat sportsbook and exterior, and The Forum Shops pylon to name some.  He is originally from Healdsburg, CA. A board member of the Shriners Las Vegas Invitational board, former Founders 55 Las Vegas PGA tournament board member, and past president of the UNLV football foundation.

Alicia is a highly experienced accounting/financial professional with over 25 years of experience working with for-profit, non-profit, and public entities.   Alicia has streamlined processes and created additional revenue streamlines with her experience and knowledge.  Alicia has worked with high-profile business leaders.

Rich Kirsch

Project Manager

Senior project manager with industry experience since 1995. Relevant certifications include project manager boot camp II. Rich’s experience and specialty areas include large-scale corporate conversions, nationwide hotel chain franchise and conversions, large-scale LED projects, exterior casino tower and pylon displays, sheet metal apprentice, permit expeditor, and account executive. Renowned projects include airborne express to DHL national conversion, Hilton Hotels corporate and franchise locations, Beverly Center exterior remodel, Circa LED Displays and tower lighting, The Reef LED, L’auberge Casino exterior, Lumiere place casino exterior and pylon sign, LINQ Casino and hotel exterior and pylon, Harmon corner LED, T-Mobile Arena exterior and pylon sign.

Bruce Hodum

Director of Electrical/Electronics

Y Design Build’s director of electrical and electronics, an industry veteran since 1982. Relevant experience includes NV license C-2 unlimited, qualified employee, NV license C-6 unlimited acquired Master Electrician January 2001, sign service/electrical journeyman status since 1985. Experience and specialties include electrical estimating, design, layout, the calculation for projects; electronics LED display review, configuration, design, and approval, electronics LED production management, electronics LED project management, and shop electrical management. Renowned projects include Miracle Mile Shops (formally Aladdin Desert Passage, 2006), Wynn & Encore Hotel Marquee, Aria Hotel marquee, Cosmopolitan Hotel LED signs, LINQ Hotel marquee, Strat Hotel LED signs, Harmon Corner LED, Park MGM marquee, New York Hotel marquee, T-Mobile Arena pylon sign.

LED electronics specialist, one of the best in the industry, has over 28 years of technical experience. Factory trained and certified by most major manufacturers, responsible for commissioning most major projects, including all station displays, the original Miracle Mile, Wynn, Cosmopolitan, Sahara, and Harmon Corner, to name a few.

Y Design Build’s Project Engineer, 25 years of Sign Manufacturing and Install experience.  Experience and specialties include sheet metal fabrication, layout, and material files, shop drawings and structural prints, 3d drawings, and renderings.  Programs include Autocad, CorelDraw, Photoshop, 3d Studio Max, Inventor, Composer.  Projects worked on include Ballys Pylon, Hard Rock Guitar, Rogers Place, Cosmo Garage, Wynn Pylon Sign, Raiders Pylon, Palms Pylon, and Resorts World Pylon.
